Michele Ivaldi Frantically Waving His Protest Flag while in the water!!
While in the process of lowering it after protesting Artemis for an incident that happened just before Alpeh had a big nosedive, Michele Ivaldi and another crewmember were washed off the back of the boat.
The boat broached after the incident, and the crew was frantically trying to get the crewmembers back on board.
Meanwhile, Michele Ivaldi, a former Olympic and America’s Cup sailor with numerous World Championship titles to his name, is still holding his protest flag and kept waving it to show the crew where he was so they would not lose sight of him!
