I’m a professional photographer based in Madrid, Spain, and completely hooked on the sea. I traded the helm for a camera years ago and, although I couldn’t sail a boat if my life depended on it, I’ve learned to capture the magic of waves, boats, and crews like it’s second nature. After more than a decade behind the lens, I’m still never bored—every wave has its own rhythm, every regatta its own drama, and every sailor their own story. I like to think I don’t just shoot “pretty things,” but the beauty that hides in the details… even if it sometimes means getting a little wetter than I’d planned. Will I ever learn to sail? Honestly, no chance. I’m much happier leaving the ropes and rudders to others while I focus on what I do best: turning wind, water, and sails into images that make people want to jump on board—or at least hang them on their wall.
