I think anyone growing up on an island has the sea in their blood. As a teenager, I crewed on a large yacht (a Swan 68 I think) and my love of the ocean that developed in those years has never left me. I particularly enjoy shooting the races in the autumn & winter storms where the action is more dramatic and the boats disappear between the swells.
