It’s the middle of the night, the moon lights our way, and Thomas is about to make one last jibe before heading back toward the finish line. This photo was taken off the coast of Brittany during a final training session before a major offshore racing event: La Route du Rhum. Sailing solo on an Ultim, every maneuver is a physical and mental challenge. Thomas loves this challenge, and he and his team will be fully prepared on November 1: Thomas Coville will set sail for his eighth Route du Rhum off the coast of Saint-Malo.
