Crew member of the aerial helicopter photo-shootings for the latest Vendée Globe 2016-2017 race, Olivier has covered most of the arrivals including that of the winner Armel Le Cléac'h on board Banque Populaire. When Olivier suggested to the key pilot, Thierry Leygnac, to shoot the boat on its vertical axis while the latter entered the channel surrrounded by multitudes of other boats, Thierry shifted right above the mast and it gave birth to a very sharp picture which has never been cropped. Without the flying skills of Thierry Leygnac, this very photo would probably never have existed. Henceforth, the copyright is as follows : Thierry Leygnac and Olivier Blanchet.
