Biography
Originally from Les Sables-d'Olonne, he discovered sailing with the first Vendée Globe and funboarding, of which he has remained an avid practitioner. After a postgraduate degree in sports sociology, he became a regular freelancer for Presse Océan before becoming a freelance photographer in the field of sports sailing. He has covered all the biggest international events but retains a predilection for dinghy sailing, including the Australian 18-footers that have made him a regular visitor to Sydney Harbour. He has been going there every year since 2006 to report on the sailing news of the antipodes. He has also covered all the 5O5 Worlds since 2009. A strong connection with California also led him to cover the Transpac and the America's Cup, in 2013 in San Francisco. Since 2019, he has joined Voiles et Voiliers magazine, to which he has become a regular contributor, while continuing his activity as a photographer.
