I became a photographer specializing in sailing regattas in 1982 after falling in love with the photos of the splendid 12-meter yachts taken in Newport during the America's Cup. Since that year, I have continued, whenever possible, to cover regattas and photograph sailing events in many Italian and French locations, collaborating with various trade magazines and even being hired by shipowners to exclusively cover their boats, and later by various Ligurian Yacht Clubs as their official photographer for important regattas.
