Photographer and videographer, Julien Champollion is also a onboard reporter, responsible for documenting life and racing onboard throughout the race. Julien studied cinema before entering the offshore sailing world in 2021. Two years later, he was onboard Holcim-PRB for the round-the-world race, documenting the longest leg ever sailed in the event. Two years on, it was aboard Paprec Arkéa that he picked up his camera again, this time for The Ocean Race Europe. And Ocean Race Atlantic on 11th Hour Racing. Combining filmmaking with offshore sailing experience, Julien brings every story from the water to life for audiences back home.
