The schooner Adventuress competes in the 2014 Antigua Classic Yacht Regatta in honor of her late former captain and founder of the Regatta, Kenny Coombs. Originally designed and built by William Fife in Scotland in 1924, Adventuress has an interesting history which includes being seized by the German military for use as a patrol boat in World War II.
